Stellar Community Fund gives Stellar community an opportunity to vote on top Stellar related projects. Every three months, eight participants get the chance to split pool of three million Stellar Lumens.
There are four phases and anyone with keybase account can vote for their favorite project.

First phase is already over where participants submit their proposal. Second phase is over as well where Stellar community discusses about the various proposals.
Third phase is nomination phase where Stellar community members will vote for their favorite projects. You can vote for upto 8 entries. Top 8 will move to next phase for final vote. Here, voters can choose for three of their favorite proposals.
